Open House 2011
I have only God to thank for this day because it was BEAUTIFUL! The temperature for January 29, 2011 was 71 degrees and perfect! The goal for this open house was to showcase La Paloma, Lakeway’s newest event venue. More that 500 invitations were sent out to Brides and Vendors and the turn out was a success!

In the midst of the winter month of January, Studio 563 captured the beauty of La Palomas’ landscape, and its mature oak trees.
Crave Catering catered the event with a delicious menu of heavy appetizers. Pink Tulip provided La Paloma with their ever so creative and elegant stationary for every occasion. Leave the Details to Me, fine tuned the decor of the venue, from place settings to beautiful rosettes made from chair ties!

For dessert, Simon Lee brought out their decadent chocolate cake and strawberry filled cake with butter cream icing, along with Kenny’s catering who brought out their Coffee bar, it doesn’t get any better!

Blossom Floral added her beautiful arrangement of flowers to complete the look of the “shabby chic” decor of a monochromatic color scheme. At last we had the fine tunes of “Tunes Across Texas,” a Lakeway favorite, and now one of my favs! It was a pleasure to work with Ed Garcia with MLG Lighting who is new to the wedding industry but has the latest of lighting and video and audio technology.
