DSACT (Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas)
DSACT, I can’t wait for next year, because I want in on what ever you do! Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve you! Attendees were families, friends, and supporters of DSACT. 2011 Calender models made their way down the red carpet, with Terri Gruca from KVUE News as the emcee. Bill Harris, Aka “Mr. Thrill” entertained the guest as Elvis Presley and did a wonderful job as anElvis impersonator and DJ. A photo booth from “say cheese” was a hit and gave families an opportunity and permission to wear silly hats, and glasses, it was just plain fun! Royal Fig catered the event serving a variety of foods from PBJ to BBQ chicken, and mac n’ cheese! Parking was through “Capitol Valet” and they do an amazing job in parking over 100 cars; FYI: you can never go wrong with a valet service!
